Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical or related discipline.
• 15 years’ experience delivering capital projects, with proven scope/schedule/budget control.
• Knowledge of codes: ASME B31.1, NEC, building codes, permitting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proposal development and project execution of major capital projects.
• Manage day-to-day activities of engineers and contract project managers.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance across projects.
