Messer Americas seeks a Project Manager to lead major capital projects, ensuring safety, adherence to specifications, and on-time, on-budget delivery across multi-discipline teams.

The Principal Project Manager is Messer's most senior project management position, responsible for implementing the largest, most complex projects and coordinating with business units to optimize capital investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical or related discipline.
• 15 years' experience delivering capital projects in industrial gas or chemical processing.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule and budget and deliver to plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proposal development and project execution of major capital projects.
• Manage all project activities through the project cycle and lead multiple engineers and managers.
• Develop PDES and ensure safety, schedule and budget.
• Interface with Business Development, Product Management, Production, Reliability and others.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, life safety and code references.
• Deliver complete project documentation and closeout.
