Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
• 15 years' experience in capital project implementation with demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proposal development and project execution of major capital projects.
• Coordinate engineering, scheduling and budgeting activities.
• Manage up to 2 full-time project engineers and 2–3 contract project managers.
• Ensure safe, on-spec, on-time and on-budget project delivery; track costs and schedules.
• Interface with multiple Messer functions to develop and implement capital projects.
