Job summary

Circle is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager to accelerate growth across Arc Network and Circle platform products.

You will partner with design, engineering, and data teams to conceive features that drive developer adoption, user growth, and cross-chain interoperability, while aligning roadmaps with regulatory and market needs. You will lead efforts across infrastructure products, own GTM planning, and mentor a team of product managers and engineers, ensuring high-impact, compliant delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or product marketing management experience.
• Experience shipping complex infrastructure products in fintech/crypto environments.
• Strong understanding of crypto, L1/L2 chains, stablecoins, and on-chain finance.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve growth strategies for infrastructure products (Arc, USDC issuance, CCTP, Wallets).
• Influence roadmap development balancing market opportunity, feasibility, regulatory constraints, and developer needs.
• Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, DevRel, Marketing, and PMM.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments in crypto and blockchain infrastructure.
• Work closely with developer relations and partner teams to meet evolving Web3 and fintech needs.
• Drive go-to-market planning and execution for feature launches in partnership with Marketing and Operations.
