Job summary

Circle is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager to drive the growth of developers and users on the Arc Network and Circle platform.

You will collaborate with product design, engineering, data science, Dev Rel, marketing, and PMs to structure growth initiatives that boost the utility and adoption of Circle’s products. You will lead growth strategy for Arc Network ecosystem, drive onboarding to activation, and work with legal/compliance to ensure scalable, compliant product releases while

Qualifications

10+ years of product / product marketing management, preferably in growth initiatives.
Strong understanding of fintech, crypto, cloud, or developer platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Drive growth of Arc Network ecosystem and scale developer adoption.
Expand usage of Arc Hub, CCTP, Gateway, Wallets and other developer products.
Coordinate growth initiatives across product verticals with PMs and engineers.
Collaborate with data science, growth engineering, and Dev Rel to instrument analytics and iterate on features.
