Principal Product Manager on the Circle product team, you’ll drive growth for Arc Network and platform products, partner with design, engineering, and GTM teams, and shape a scalable developer experience across Web3 and fintech ecosystems. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts to expand developer adoption, create growth loops, and enable new consumer and enterprise use cases while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or product marketing management experience.
• Proven track record shipping complex infrastructure products in fintech, crypto, cloud, or developer platforms.
• Deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem, including L1/L2 chains, stablecoins, wallets, and bridges.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related technical/analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy: Define and evolve growth strategies for key infrastructure products (Arc, USDC issuance, CCTP, Wallets, blockchain integrations).
• Roadmap inputs: Influence roadmap development balancing market opportunity, technical feasibility, regulatory constraints, and developer needs.
• Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, Dev Rel, Marketing, and PMM.
• Market insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments in crypto and blockchain infrastructure.
• Developer focus: Ensure the product suite meets evolving needs of Web3 and fintech developers.
• Launch excellence: Drive go-to-market planning and execution for feature launches.
