Job summary

Circle is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager to lead growth initiatives for Arc Network and Circle’s platform products.

You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, Dev Rel, marketing, and partnerships to drive developer adoption and user growth while shaping our ecosystem. Exemplary candidates bring 10+ years in product management or product marketing, a track record shipping complex infrastructure in fintech or crypto, and a passion for building scalable, interoperable

Qualifications

10+ years of product / product marketing management experience.
Experience shipping infrastructure products in fintech or crypto.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Deep knowledge of crypto ecosystem (L1/L2, stablecoins, wallets).

Responsibilities

Define and evolve growth strategies for infrastructure products.
Influence roadmap with market opportunity, technical feasibility, and regulatory constraints.
Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, Dev Rel, Marketing, & PMM.
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments in crypto infrastructure.
Drive go-to-market planning and execution for feature launches.
Collaborate with legal and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.
