Job summary

Circle is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager to drive growth of Arc Network and Circle’s platform products. You will embed into the crypto ecosystem, partner with customers, and collaborate with design and engineering to shape features that accelerate user and developer adoption across Arc Network.

You’ll lead with data, coordinate across teams, and craft experiences and APIs that scale. A strong track record in fintech/crypto and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or product marketing management, preferably in growth initiatives.
• Proven track record of shipping complex infrastructure products in fintech, crypto, cloud, or developer platforms.
• Deep knowledge of crypto ecosystem including L1/L2s, stablecoins, wallets, and on/off-ramps.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy: Define and evolve growth strategies for key infrastructure products (e.g. Arc, USDC issuance, CCTP, Programmable Wallets, blockchain integrations).
• Roadmap Inputs: Influence roadmap development, balancing market opportunity, technical feasibility, regulatory constraints, and developer needs.
• Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, Dev Rel, Marketing, & PMM.
• Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments in crypto and blockchain infrastructure.
• Developer Focus: Work closely with developer relations and partner teams to ensure the product suite meets evolving needs of Web3.
• Launch Excellence: Drive go-to-market planning and execution for feature launches in close partnership with Marketing and Operations.
