Job summary

Circle is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager to drive growth for Arc Network and Circle platform products, embedding into the crypto ecosystem and collaborating with design, engineering, data science, and marketing teams.

You will lead end-to-end growth initiatives, manage developer adoption, and align roadmaps with business goals to deliver measurable value across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or product marketing management experience.
• Experience shipping complex infrastructure products in fintech/crypto.
• Proven track record in growth initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering/Economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy for Arc Network and Circle platform products to drive developer adoption.
• Expand developer onboarding, activation, and retention across Arc Hub, CCTP, and wallets.
• Drive awareness and adoption of consumer products with partners and viral loops.
• Collaborate to scale cross-chain interoperability and API growth across L1/L2.
• Instrument analytics and dashboards to convert sign-ups into active users.
