Job summary

Circle is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager to drive growth of Arc Network and Circle’s platform products. You will embed into the crypto ecosystem, collaborating with customers, design and engineering, and a broad set of internal teams to craft features that measurably grow utility.

You’ll work with Data scientists, designers, product engineers, Dev Rel, marketing, and PMs to structure growth initiatives, own roadmaps, and lead scalable programs that convert signups into active users.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, preferably in growth initiatives.
• Proven track record shipping infrastructure products in fintech, crypto, cloud, or developer platforms.
• Deep knowledge of crypto ecosystem, including L1/L2, stablecoins, bridges, wallets, custody and on/off-ramps.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy: define and evolve growth strategies for key infrastructure products like Arc, USDC issuance, CCTP and programmable wallets.
• Roadmap inputs and cross-functional leadership to align on opportunities and delivery.
• Launch excellence: GTM planning and execution with Marketing and Operations.
