Job summary

Circle is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager to lead growth across Arc Network and Circle’s platform products. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and analytics to design scalable growth initiatives and drive developer adoption.

You’ll work with senior leaders to align roadmaps, translate customer needs into product requirements, and ensure compliant, high-impact launches that expand on-chain capabilities for developers and fintech partners.

Qualifications

10+ years of product/product marketing management experience, ideally in growth initiatives.
Proven track record of shipping complex infrastructure products in fintech, crypto, cloud, or developer platforms.
Deep knowledge of crypto ecosystem including L1/L2, stablecoins, bridges, wallets, and on/off-ramps.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Drive growth of Arc Network ecosystem by scaling developer and protocol adoption.
Expand usage of Arc Hub, CCTP, Gateway, Wallets across developers.
Enable adoption of Circle consumer products with partner ecosystems.
Develop cross-chain interoperability and APIs for Arc Network.
Instrument funnel analytics and dashboards to improve activation and retention.
Collaborate with product, design, engineering and legal to ensure compliant growth.
