Job summary

Circle is hiring a Sr. Principal Product Manager to drive growth of Arc Network and platform products. You will partner with design, engineering, and other teams to shape features that increase developer and user adoption in a regulated crypto ecosystem.

You’ll collaborate across data science, product marketing, and BD to align roadmaps and deliver scalable growth. Strong regulatory and cross-chain experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product / product marketing management, preferably in growth initiatives.
• Proven track record shipping infrastructure products in fintech/crypto.
• Deep knowledge of crypto ecosystem including L1/L2, stablecoins, wallets and fintechs.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy: define and evolve growth strategies for key infrastructure products.
• Roadmap Inputs: influence roadmap balancing market, feasibility, regulatory, and developer needs.
• Team Leadership: lead a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, Dev Rel, Marketing, PMM.
• Market Insight: stay ahead of industry trends, competitors and regulatory developments.
• Developer Focus: work with developer relations and partner teams to meet Web3 and fintech needs.
• Launch Excellence: drive go-to-market planning and execution for feature launches.
