Job summary

Circle, a leading internet financial platform, seeks a Sr. Principal Product Manager to drive growth for Arc Network and Circle platform products. You will collaborate with data scientists, designers, engineers, and partners to scale developer adoption and user value across DeFi and fintech ecosystems.

You’ll own strategy, roadmaps, and cross-team execution, aligning regulatory requirements and developer experiences. A strong product growth background and crypto knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping fintech/crypto infrastructure products.
• Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems and networks.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth strategy for Arc Network and Circle platform products.
• Define roadmap inputs balancing opportunity, feasibility, regulatory constraints and developer needs.
• Lead cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, Dev Rel, Marketing.
• Collaborate with legal/compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Launch go-to-market plans with Marketing and Operations.
