Job summary

Circle is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Manager to drive growth of Arc Network and Circle’s platform products. You will work with product design, engineering, and data teams, embedding into the crypto ecosystem to translate customer needs into scalable features and measurable growth.

This role requires 10+ years of product experience, deep crypto knowledge, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact releases while maintaining regulatory compliance and user trust.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or product marketing management, preferably in growth initiatives.
• Experience shipping complex infrastructure products in fintech/crypto.
• Strong understanding of crypto ecosystem and developers’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Define growth strategy for Arc and Circle platform products.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, Dev Rel, and marketing.
• Influence roadmap balancing market opportunity, feasibility, regulatory constraints.
• Drive go-to-market planning for feature launches with Marketing and Operations.
• Develop developer-focused features and APIs to increase adoption.
