Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking a Sr. Principal Program Cost and Schedule Analyst (Level 4) to support EVMS and major subcontract cost management.

The role will prepare month-end EACs, coordinate with IPTs and CAMs, and ensure compliance with DoD EVMS guidelines in a fast-paced environment. U.S. Government Secret Clearance is required or to be obtained. Primary level salary range: $117,500–$176,300. Relocation assistance may be available, with bonuses and a 401K plan included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, and/or industry related field.
• Master's degree with 6 years of experience in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, and/or industry related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP/subcontract systems such as SAP and Cobra.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review material EACs.
• Ensure alignment with purchase orders for Major Subs and IWOs.
• Assist CAMs for EVMS activities including WBS alignment, time phasing, and earned value methodologies.
• Support monthly cost and schedule reviews, identifying pressures and opportunities.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and perform financial analyses.
• Conduct analysis on material data and coordinate with CAMs for reviews.
• Provide support to Integrated Product Teams and Cost Management Managers.
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and suppliers.
