Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking a Sr. Principal Program Cost and Schedule Analyst (Level 4) to support the Material Cost Management organization.

The role focuses on EVMS implementation for IPTs/CAMs and compliant financial reporting in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has extensive EVMS experience, ERP subcontract knowledge, and strong analytical and leadership skills to guide cost/schedule activities, budgeting, and variance analysis across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in business management, accounting, or related field (or Master's with 6+ years)
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret Clearance within a reasonable period
• Proficient in EVMS with ERP subcontract experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with SAP, COBRA, or similar business systems

Responsibilities

• Develop and review material EACs
• Ensure alignment with purchase orders for Major Subs and IWOs
• Assist CAMs for EVMS activities including WBS alignment, time phasing, earned value methodologies, monthly performance measurement
• Support monthly cost and schedule reviews, identify pressures and opportunities, and develop recovery plans
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and perform/assist in financial analyses
