Apex Companies, LLC. is seeking a Sr Principal Engineer to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across Washington state, focusing on Eastern WA and collaboration with regional offices.

You will drive project delivery, client relationships, and business development while mentoring the next generation of engineers. This senior role requires a PE license in WA and OR (or the ability to obtain within six months) and a track record of delivering complex transportation and municipal projects

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license in WA and OR or ability to obtain within six months.
• 15+ years of progressive experience managing infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of WSDOT Design Manual, AASHTO, MUTCD, and state/local standards.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and client management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Project Manager/Principal-in-Charge for complex infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior engineers and project managers; develop leadership within the team.
