You will manage client relationships, coordinate with regional offices, and provide senior technical leadership to ensure successful delivery. The role emphasizes business development, project leadership, and mentoring the next generation of engineers while traveling to office locations across WA.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects for state and local agencies in WA and OR.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams from pursuit through construction.
• Strong knowledge of design standards and project management best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects with strong client focus and on-time delivery.
• Drive business development and client relationship growth in Washington and Oregon.
• Mentor junior engineers and project managers to build internal leadership capacity.
• Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events to grow market presence.
