Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years with an advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams in design, development and integration of Raytheon test products.
• Oversee technical, cost and schedule management of assigned projects.
• Resolve issues in development and implementation of test products.
