RTX is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer for the Test Equipment Engineering Directorate in Tucson, AZ. This on-site role requires 5+ years of experience and an ability to lead cross‑discipline teams in developing test systems and interface hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience or advanced degree with five years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with electrical engineering design, troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon products within TEE in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and circuit designs.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects and resolve issues.
• Collaborate to ensure successful development and implementation of test products.
