Job summary

RTX in Tucson seeks a senior engineering leader to head multi-discipline teams responsible for the design, development, and integration of Raytheon test products. The role covers test systems, interface adapters, cabling, schematic creation, circuit design, and analysis, with accountability for schedule and cost.

You will lead efforts to uncover and resolve issues during development and implementation, ensuring successful delivery on complex test programs while maintaining security clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics required.
• ABET accreditation preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience unless prohibited, or 7+ years with advanced degree.
• Experience with test systems design and development is essential.
• Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams performing design, development, and integration of test products.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and circuit design.
• Lead the completion of all stages of test product development with cost and schedule management.
• Proactively uncover and resolve issues during development and implementation.
