Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ, seeks a leader for multi-discipline engineering teams focused on design, development, and integration of test products. You will guide the full development lifecycle, coordinating engineering, cost and schedule across projects to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires deep experience in analog/digital/RF design and the ability to secure and maintain a U.S. government clearance. On-site work at RTX facilities in Arizona is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams in design, development, and integration of Raytheon test products.
• Oversee all stages of test product development including technical, cost and schedule management.
• Lead, as part of a team or independently, to resolve issues in the development and implementation of test products.
