Job summary

RTX is seeking an onsite engineer in Tucson, AZ to lead multi-discipline teams in designing, developing, and integrating test products for Raytheon RTX products. You will oversee engineering and production test systems, interface adapters, cabling, drawings, and circuit design.

You will manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects, and lead in resolving issues across development and implementation of test products, with a path toward leadership within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical engineering design and/or analysis tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic, or equivalent.
• Experience with analog, digital, and/or RF design.
• Experience designing, testing or integrating digital, mixed signal, and/or electrical system interconnects.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship is required.
• Typically requires STEM degree and minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams performing design, development, and integration of Raytheon test products.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, and schematic/circuit design.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects.
• Lead to uncover and resolve issues in development and implementation of test products.
