Job summary

RTX's Tucson, AZ onsite position seeks a senior engineer to lead multi-discipline teams creating test solutions for Raytheon products. You will drive design, development and integration of test interfaces, cabling and schematics across production and lab environments.

The role requires deep expertise in analog/digital/RF design, leadership of complex test programs, and the ability to manage scope, cost and schedule while guiding junior engineers. U.S.

Qualifications

• Previous work experiencewith electrical engineering design and/or analysis tools such as: Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic, or equivalent
• Experience with analog, digital, and/or RF design
• Experience designing, testing or integrating digital, mixed signal, and/or electrical system interconnects
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum experience 7 years

Responsibilities

• You will be a leader of multi-discipline engineering teams performing design, development, and integration of Raytheon test products
• Typical work involves the development of both engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, technical drawing creation, schematic creation, circuit design and analysis
• You will lead the completion of all stages of test product development, and will be responsible for performing technical, cost and schedule management of the assigned projects
• You will be expected to lead, either as a part of the team or independently, to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products
