Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Test Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products. You will build production test stations, interface test adapters, harnesses, and supporting hardware, producing drawings and analyses, and troubleshooting across the lifecycle.

This role offers hands-on work in a fast-paced environment with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to mission-critical systems and ensuring readiness for field use.

Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Familiarity with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products within multidisciplinary teams.
• Create production test stations, ITAs, harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses guiding test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the design, development, and integration lifecycle.
