Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required by start date.
• Experience selecting, calculating values for, and integrating passive and active electronic components in analog or digital designs.
• Experience operating laboratory test and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, waveform generators, spectrum analyzers) to test hardware.
• Experience can be gained via on-the-job work, coursework, labs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate electrical test products, adapters, cabling, and fixtures for defense systems.
• Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and engineering documentation per defense standards.
• Validate hardware using lab equipment and characterize performance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware integration issues across development and production.
• Support project execution by ensuring test systems meet performance, schedule, and budget goals.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability engineers to deliver integrated test architectures.
