Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a Test Solutions Engineer to design and integrate production test equipment, interfaces, and harnesses for Raytheon products. You will create drawings, schematics, and analyses to guide test-system development and troubleshoot issues across the lifecycle.

The role requires a STEM degree with years of experience in electrical testing and a strong ability to work in multidisciplinary teams on complex test solutions for defense programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on within multidisciplinary engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products.
• Create production test stations, interface test adapters (ITAs), harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Produce technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses guiding test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle.
