Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to verify power, analog, and mixed-signal electronics. You will design test plans, lead root-cause investigations, and support transitions from development to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule and technical requirements.

Requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years (or a Master's with 5+ years), and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years.
Experience in electronics testing, including integration and verification of power/analog products.
Familiar with hardware testing methodologies and root-cause investigations.

Responsibilities

Conduct testing and verification of power, analog, and digital electronics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development, integration, and sustainment of power systems and mixed-signal electronics.
Design and implement test plans to ensure product functionality and reliability.
Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for test anomalies.
Support transition from development to production ensuring quality and compliance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
