Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Tucson, AZ is seeking a senior engineer to lead multi-discipline teams in design, development, and integration of test products for RTX products, including lab and production test systems.

You will own technical, cost, and schedule aspects, guide the complete product lifecycle, and collaborate with engineers to uncover and resolve issues, while holding an active DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical design tools and analog/digital/RF design.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Typically requires a STEM degree with 7–10+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate Raytheon test products.
• Oversee development of engineering and production test systems, interfaces, cabling, schematics and circuit design.
• Manage technical, cost and schedule aspects of assigned projects; lead issue resolution for test product implementation.
