Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead design across capital projects and plant upgrades at our Florham Park, NJ headquarters. You will guide cross-functional teams, develop electrical design standards, and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; minimum 10 years' engineering experience.
• Experience withHV, MV, LV distribution and large power plants or industrial facilities.
• Registered Professional Engineer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review electrical system design documents including One Line/Three Line Diagrams, Control Schematics, Wiring diagrams, and protection studies.
• Lead multiple electrical projects and mentor junior engineers across the network.
• Provide SME support to Project Managers on construction projects including commissioning/startup and installations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to develop scopes of work and ensure design standards are followed.
