Job summary

Reworld Waste seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for capital projects at our Florham Park, NJ network. Travel ~20% to domestic locations and occasional international sites, with remote work options available.

You will mentor teams, drive standardization, and serve as a technical SME across the organization, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient electrical systems for large industrial facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
At least 10 years engineering experience.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades.
Provide design support for outages and equipment troubleshooting.
Manage multiple electrical projects and mentor junior engineers.
Act as SME for Reworld Electrical Design Standards and cross-functional teams.
Support commissioning, startup, and engineering standards updates.
