Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead design across capital projects and facility upgrades at the Florham Park, NJ headquarters. You will drive standardization and mentor engineers while delivering critical electrical solutions.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and travel ~20% across the network, with occasional domestic and international assignments. A remote option is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 10 years of engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure preferred.
• Experience with High, Medium & Low Voltage distribution and power generation in large facilities.
• Proficiency with One Line/Three Line Diagrams, DC Control Schematics, wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and approve electrical system designs including diagrams and calculations.
• Plan tasks to meet budget and schedule; coordinate with AE firms.
• Lead small to medium capital programs and act as SME for electrical design.
• Provide SME support for commissioning and startup of projects.
