Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead electrical design for capital projects and facility upgrades at our Florham Park HQ. You will mentor junior engineers, set design standards, and drive cross-functional collaboration across the network with ~20% travel.

The role requires a strong background in HV/MV distribution, CAD/ETAP/SKM tools, and proven project leadership in large industrial settings. Remote work options exist with travel across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop/Review/Approve Electrical System Design documents (One/Three Line Diagrams, control schematics, wiring diagrams).
• Coordinate with suppliers/contractors for electrical AE scopes and project tasks.
• Lead multiple electrical projects/programs with cross-functional teams and ensure design standards are followed.
