Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Principal Engineer in electrical engineering to lead design and standards across capital projects and facility upgrades. You will report to the Director of Electrical Engineering and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role offers a remote-friendly arrangement with travel to Florham Park, NJ, and other facilities. Primary duties include design reviews, SME guidance, and ensuring compliance with electrical design standards and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for capital projects and facility upgrades.
• Provide electrical design support for outages and equipment troubleshooting.
• Lead multiple electrical projects and mentor junior team members.
• Develop and enforce electrical design standards across projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and cross-functional teams.
