Job summary

Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is seeking a Principal of Business Development (Remote) to accelerate growth for a rapidly scaling advisory practice. You will open doors with C-suite and PE-backed firms, turning executive access into meaningful revenue, while managing a high-visibility growth agenda.

Based in a New York metro context with a flexible hybrid schedule, you will travel regionally to cultivate relationships and close key opportunities with senior finance and technology

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consultative professional services or complex B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of generating $13M+ in revenue.
• Access to CFOs and other senior executive decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value advisory engagements with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
• Activate networks and private equity connections to create qualified opportunities.
• Lead complex consultative sales cycles end-to-end from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors and practice leaders to tailor solutions.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast revenue, and uncover new opportunities.
