Job summary

Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is seeking a Principal of Business Development to accelerate growth for a rapidly scaling advisory client. Based in the Austin area with a flexible remote/hybrid setup, you will leverage C-suite relationships and private equity networks to open doors and convert access into meaningful revenue.

You will lead complex consultative sales cycles end-to-end, partner with managing directors and practice leaders, and build a disciplined pipeline across finance,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consultative professional services or complex B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of building and generating $13M+ in revenue.
• Demonstrated ability to operate credibly at the C-suite level, with access to CFOs and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close high-value advisory engagements with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
• Activate and expand networks, PE relationships, and tech/channel partnerships to create opportunities.
• Lead complex consultative sales cycles end-to-end from discovery to close.
• Partner with Managing Directors and practice leaders to develop tailored solutions and own the sales process.
• Build and manage a disciplined pipeline, forecast revenue, and identify new opportunities.
