Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree preferred.
• Two years of leadership experience in a physician office.
• Strong knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software.
• Knowledge of third party billing and coding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume primary care practice.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
• Develop staff through coaching and performance evaluations.
• Monitor budget, expenses, and revenue cycle processes to optimize efficiency.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and HR-related actions; ensure staff development and engagement.
• Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and safety standards.
