Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Primary Care Practice Manager to oversee a high-volume, multi-provider primary care practice. The role partners with Director of Site Operations to drive operations, staff development, and patient experience.

You will lead staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluations while promoting safety, privacy, and high-quality care. Experience in physician offices and EMR systems is essential.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or advanced degree is preferred.
• Two years of leadership experience in a physician office in a provider setting.
• Strong knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
• Strong overall computer skills.
• Knowledge of third party billing and coding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow corporate and practice policies and procedures.
• Develop annual budgets and demonstrate cost effectiveness during budget preparation.
• Supervise work performance of the staff to ensure adherence to established standards.
• Respond to patient inquiries.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair and cleaning of the practice.
• Develop and monitor provider weekly schedules and on-call schedules.
