Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Physician Lead to combine direct patient care with clinical leadership across centers, reporting to Market CMO or AMD. You will drive high-quality, value-based care, supervise clinicians, and partner with operational leaders to advance the model of care.

Responsibilities include staffing, 1:1s, coaching, performance reviews, and resolving patient/ staff inquiries.

Qualifications

• MD/DO credential and board certification required.
• 8+ years clinical experience.
• 2+ years project leadership experience.
• State licensure requirements.
• TB screening participation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a clinical team across centers with patient-first culture and engagement.
• Staffing, interviewing, hiring, and supervising clinical teams.
• Provide 50-80% direct patient care time as market needs dictate.
• Partner with operational leaders to align clinical and operational goals.
• Oversee performance dashboards and drive improved outcomes.
