Job summary

Verizon is seeking a skilled PCM pricing professional to support pricing and contract management. You’ll work with regional analysts, assist in special pricing solutions, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives across marketing, legal, finance, and operations.

The role emphasizes global policy development, systems testing, and collaboration on pricing strategy, billing, and invoicing while operating in a hybrid work model with coordination in-office three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing special pricing arrangements and customer agreements.
• Deep understanding of wireline products and Verizon deal lifecycle.
• Experience with pricing, billing, and contracting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I/II support to PCM analysts and management.
• Assist in creating special pricing solutions and resolving pricing/contract issues.
• Represent PCM on cross-functional initiatives to align with corporate goals.
• Develop and execute global PCM policies and trainings.
• Design test cases and ensure systems support seamless quote-to-order workflows.
