Job summary

Verizon is seeking a pricing and PCM professional to support global pricing strategies and complex customer agreements within a hybrid work model. You will collaborate across marketing, legal, finance, regulatory, and operations to ensure pricing accuracy and contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience in pricing and custom customer agreements.
• Deep understanding of standard Wireline products, custom product pricing, and Verizon's deal lifecycle from presale through invoicing.
• Proficiency in profit & loss modeling, cash flow analysis, and financial analysis, with experience writing and reviewing business requirements for pricing, billing, and contracting tools.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and II operational support to regional PCM analysts and management.
• Assist PCM teams in creating special pricing solutions and resolving pricing/contract term issues.
• Represent the PCM organization on special projects to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Manage the PCM analyst support ticket queue and drive IT issue resolution.
• Collaborate with product, IT, pricing, and finance to influence PCM workflows and test quote-to-order systems.
