Verizon is seeking a deal velocity professional to provide Tier I and II operational support to regional pricing and contract management analysts. You will help create special pricing solutions, resolve complex pricing issues, and participate in cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

You will develop and execute global PCM policies, engage with marketing, legal, finance, and operations, and support the pricing workflow from presales through invoicing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant experience in pricing and contract management.
• Deep understanding of Wireline products, pricing, and deal lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier I/II support to PCM analysts and management.
• Develop global PCM policies aligned with pricing, products, and promotions.
• Engage cross-functionally with marketing, legal, finance, regulatory, and operations.
• Manage PCM analyst support ticket queue and educate users to reduce tickets.
• Collaborate on deal strategy and resolve pricing-related billing issues.
• Design business requirements for pricing, billing, and contracting tools.
