Verizon is seeking a seasoned Deal Velocity professional to provide Tier I/II support to regional PCM analysts. You will help create special pricing, resolve complex pricing and contract requests, and participate in strategic projects to align with corporate goals.

You will collaborate with marketing, legal, finance, and operations while driving policy creation, training, and global pricing initiatives. This role is hybrid with home and office work requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience in pricing or contracts.
• Six+ years managing special pricing arrangements and customer agreements.
• Deep understanding of Wireline products and Verizon's deal lifecycle.
• Proficiency in profit & loss modeling and cash flow analysis with BA/BR requirements.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; ServiceNow experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global PCM policies based on pricing changes, product changes, promotions, and guidelines.
• Represent PCM during wireline product launches and cross-functional teams.
• Engage with marketing, legal, finance, regulatory, and operations teams.
• Manage the PCM analyst ticket queue to ensure timely IT resolutions.
• Address daily issues from the PCM user community.
• Reduce ticket volume through user education and system enhancements.
• Input on complex deals by collaborating with PCM on deal strategy.
• Help resolve pricing-related billing issues.
• Represent pricing tower in platform for quoting, ordering, contracting and invoicing; draft business requirements to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, IT, pricing, and finance to ensure positive PCM workflow impact.
• Design comprehensive test cases and perform UAT for quote-to-order systems.
