Verizon is seeking a skilled pricing and contract management professional to support the PCM team in a hybrid work environment. The role focuses on creating special pricing, resolving complex pricing/contract requests, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives across marketing, legal, finance, and operations.

You will influence deal strategy, manage the PCM analyst ticket queue, and develop requirements for pricing, billing, and contracting tools while collaborating with product and IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant pricing experience required.
• Six+ years managing special pricing arrangements and customer agreements.
• Deep understanding of standard Wireline products, custom product pricing, and Verizon's deal lifecycle from presale through invoicing.
• Proficiency in profit & loss modeling, cash flow analysis, and financial analysis, with experience writing and reviewing business requirements for pricing, billing, and contracting tools.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier I and II operational support to PCM analysts.
• Assist PCM teams in creating special pricing solutions and resolving complex pricing and contract term requests.
• Represent the PCM organization on special projects to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Manage the PCM analyst support ticket queue to ensure timely IT resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with product, IT, pricing, and finance stakeholders to improve PCM workflows and decision quality.
• Design rigorous test cases and perform UAT for quote-to-order systems.
