Job summary

Verizon is seeking a pricing and contract operations professional to support the Deal Velocity organization. The role focuses on delivering Tier I/II operational support to PCM analysts, developing pricing solutions, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives across cross-functional teams.

You will work on policy governance, system enhancements, and training to improve PCM workflows and profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
6+ years of experience in pricing and contracts.
Deep understanding of standard Wireline products and Verizon's deal lifecycle.
Proficiency in profit & loss modeling, cash flow analysis, and business requirements for pricing, billing, and contracting tools.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; ServiceNow experience.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier I/II operational support to PCM analysts and management.
Assist PCM teams in creating special pricing solutions and resolving pricing/contract issues.
Represent PCM on special projects to align with corporate objectives.
Develop and execute global PCM policies for new pricing, product changes, promotions and guidelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across marketing, legal, finance, regulatory and operations.
Design and run tests for quote-to-order systems and new capabilities.
