Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst for the Forecasting, Pricing & Analytics (FPA) team within the Plasma-Derived Therapies unit. You will own analyses end-to-end—from source data to strategic recommendations—and engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-based decisions.

The role reports to the Associate Director, Pricing, and Business AI Lead at BioLife.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a quantitative field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference.

Responsibilities

• Leverage analytical skills to connect data across sources and deliver insights shaping decisions.
• Assess pricing performance across centers, fees, and donor groups.
• Contribute to pricing/forecasting projects with data analysis, automation, and visualizations.
• Translate data challenges into machine learning models to enhance operations.
