Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst within the FPA team of PDT to own analyses end-to-end, from source data to strategic recommendations, and to engage with senior leadership. You will drive data-driven decisions across centers and donor groups in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include pricing performance assessment, ML-driven insights, experimentation, and clear data storytelling, with domestic travel up to 10% and a US base salary range

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Decision-Making to connect raw data and deliver actionable insights.
• Performance Analytics to assess pricing performance across centers and donor groups.
• Statistical Analytics for pricing and forecasting projects with clear visualizations.
• Machine Learning Solutions to build models for retention, segmentation, and elasticity.
• Experimentation & Standards to own the lifecycle from design to analysis and promote best practices.
