BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda company, is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst for its Forecasting, Pricing & Analytics (FPA) team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a quantitative field required; Master's preferred
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation - hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design, and power calculations

Responsabilités

• Data Analysis & Decision-Making: connect raw data across sources, uncover patterns, and deliver actionable insights.
• Performance Analytics: assess pricing performance to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities across centers and donor groups.
• Statistical Analytics: contribute to pricing and forecasting projects through advanced data analysis, automation, A/B testing, and clear visualizations.
• Machine Learning Solutions: translate data challenges into ML models to enhance operations and donor insights.
• Experimentation & Standards: own the experimentation lifecycle, set best practices in analytics, code quality, and data storytelling
