BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst to own end-to-end analyses from data sources to strategic recommendations within the FPA team. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-based decisions for plasma-derived therapies.

You will apply statistics, experimentation, and ML to pricing and forecasting, translating complex insights into clear business narratives while operating in a remote-friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a quantitative field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation – hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, experimental design, and power calculations.

Responsabilités

• Data Analysis & Decision-Making: connect raw data across sources and deliver insights shaping business decisions.
• Performance Analytics: assess pricing performance across centers, fee levels, and donor groups.
• Statistical Analytics: contribute to pricing and forecasting through advanced data analysis, experiments, and visualizations.
• Machine Learning Solutions: translate data challenges into ML models to enhance operations and donor insights.
• Experimentation & Standards: own the experimentation lifecycle and set analytics best practices.
