Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead national labor compliance for utility-scale projects. This fully remote role oversees wage determinations, apprenticeship requirements, and complex compliance across multiple sites and contractors.

You will review DOL classifications, respond to audits, and coordinate with clients and regulators. Strong leadership, regulatory expertise, and audit readiness are essential for success in a fast-paced construction

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in labor compliance.
• 5+ years of compliance on federal/state funded construction projects.
• Experience leading compliance programs and supervising staff.
• Expertise with DBRA, DOL, apprenticeship standards, and public works compliance.
• Experience with certified payroll auditing and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide national labor compliance leadership across multiple projects.
• Audit and review DOL classification requests and payroll documentation.
• Interpret complex labor compliance requirements including wage determinations and PLA.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and issue-resolution processes.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and authorities; manage audits.
